Wondering if anyone has any idea what's happening here, please? Bought something from Vinted to be delivered to my home by Evri. The seller dropped it off at their local shop, then a few hours later the tracking updated to say Evri couldn't deliver to the ParcelShop, which baffles me as they were supposed to be collecting it from the ParcelShop, not delivering it there. I've never experienced this before. Could it be a case of them not being able to collect my item, and they've pressed the wrong excuse button which is why the tracking makes no sense? There's been no update since. Thank you 💜
