I’m 7 weeks pregnant today and have my first ultrasound in three days. I woke up concerned because my BBT dropped below baseline on NC, but when I checked it on Oura ring app, it stayed quite elevated. I know there can be discrepancies between the two, but they’ve been pretty on par up until this point. I had some GI issues last night and was cold all night, maybe that has something to do with it, or maybe not. Has anyone else experienced this? Just wondering if I should be concerned.

NC says it pulled the temp at 12:30am, whereas on all the other days, it updated between 6am-8am.
