Does zero-proof drinks alter the taste in the same way as alcoholic ones do?
Hi! i dont know the science behind it, but i know that some drinks (wine, beer, whisky) enhance flavours in some dishes, but leave out alcohol traces (even with a few hours of cooking), with a recent uprise of 0.0% alcohol drinks in my country, i started wondering if, without alcohol in them, they would still make the food taste different in the same way.
