I’m not a parent, but what if (hypothetically) a child is born around 25 weeks? Any guesses on what would happen?

The debuffs that I have, which include deadly dehydration and deadly rad poison, do not go away even when I cure them. They go away above the health bar, but still keep debuffing my character.
