It states this “You can still claim childcare costs if your partner:
has a health condition or disability which means they have limited capability for work (LCW) or limited capability for work related activity (LCWRA)” on the GOV website.
However, I’ve been told twice now by Universal Credit I’m not entitled to childcare costs so I haven’t been uploading them.
But, with it stating that on the GOV website I’m now wondering whether I’ve been missing out on the childcare element every month as I’ve not been uploading it?
Can I please have some insight please as it genuinely takes 2 weeks to get a reply from my case manager.
