I 22(F) just got married about a year ago now, and my husband and I are Christians so we both waited for marriage. We are still learning.

My question is- is it possible/do some people not have to shower after? I see in movies and books people just rolling over and going to sleep afterwards or even getting up and pulling clothes on and going to work right after- I can’t imagine this because I always feel so gross after. All of the various fluids make me feel disgusting once i’m no longer in the headspace to enjoy it, and I always go immediately to the shower.

It would be nice to not have to. Is there a way people are doing it that isn’t as messy? Idek
