Should I buy for the return or the seller
Hi, I am 23w, I don’t buy from Etsy every often and have not had a issue so far but I recently bought this candle in a vintage cup and it did not meet my expectations whatsoever. Firstly there was stains on the cup and I know it’s a vintage cup but I would’ve expected it to be cleaned before giving it to customers. Secondly when I put the cup upside down the candle just fell out, which is not safe. I have brought this before, but in person in a fair and the candle is beautiful and didn’t come up. Thirdly, I found a baby insect in the packaging and I’m not lying like I saw it and it was like looking up close to it, but I don’t know what it was. I hope that’s not more in the package, but it creeped me up. Also, in the description it doesn’t say that the candle has no smell but I thought they would’ve been one because she was adding lavender petals and other stuff to it so I admit that was my fault for not double checking but everything else seems weird. I told this all to the seller and she just gave me her address. But I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for the delivery return but please tell me if I’m wrong. Thank you.
