Hey everyone,

I’ve got a second-round interview coming up for a Business Systems Analyst role at CI Financial in Toronto, and I’m trying to prepare as best as I can.

Would really appreciate any insight from people who’ve interviewed there or worked in a similar role:

1. What was the hiring manager round like?
2. Were the questions more focused on Agile / user stories / Jira, or more on real project experience?
3. Anything that caught you off guard?

Also curious how the team culture is on the Wealth Tech / Product side.
