Just got this pull-up/dip bar, only started getting back into body weight stuff recently but loving it again.

Any tips? And is one set every 20-30 minutes for a few hours better or worse than 5 sets after a short break?

I caught loads of these little guys last night on the south coast, tangled the hell out of my line!

Haven’t caught any before, is it their breeding season or something at the moment?
