Hi! Started the melt under the tongue pills just had my first dose increase, and it is working-the food noise is gone, feeling fuller. However, I still struggle after work, about 4 pm. In currently take it when i first wake up, at 6 am.
Can I take it later! My worry is hay you are supposed to not drink or eat before you take it. So if I wait until 9:00 let’s say, that means no water or anything until then, correct?
Does anyone have experience with this?
