Accepted a job offer at a Toyota dealership on the spot

Hey all as the title says I was offered a job at a Toyota dealership thats family owned today. I met with 2 sales managers and the Gm and afterwards they offered me the job. im currently working at the post office for the last 8 months after transitioning out of cell phone sales because the cell phone gig out where I moved to is not great as opposed to where I moved from. I have a strong background in sales and management (12+years) . im a bit of a gear head and I always thought car sales would be a good fit for me just never had the opportunity come up. The pay plan didn't look too bad to me? the manager gave me the pay charts and basically he said the average guy there is selling about 15 cars a month and you get a flat rate of 275 per car and then ubget bonuses and stuff forbthe extras. I have no idea if this is industry standard or anything like that. its a 5 day work week. set Sundays off and a guaranteed day during the week and an early release day aswell. what should I look for. any tips etc.
