New players can learn everything about the game in level 20, lol is not deep in a good way, the skill and difficulty of the game lies in the action and basically mouse skill, it's not like dota where you need to learn so many things, this is not a knowledge check game.
Also, just because you let a new player play 100 matches if he is not trying to learn he won't learn in 500 matches, the same way if one person is dedicated he can learn a lot 10 matches in a short period of time, i am that guy watching youtube trying to understand champions, playing as many different champions as i can.
Also not everyone who is new to lol is not new to mobas, i am a very experienced moba player playing dota from warcraft 3 days and years of playing mobas competitively, level 30 is too damn long.
The main problem with this is that it's starting to become a grind, they should make it in a way if a person wants to learn quickly he can also do it, i think level 20 is more than enough for a new player to understand the basics unless he is a complete idiot who is better off going to gym, thoughts?
