Need help..
Hi everyone,
I feel very tired all the time. It feels like I wake up already exhausted every morning. My mind never feels fully awake or clear. I do not have any health problems, but even though I work in a job that is not very stressful, I still feel like I am constantly in a stressed and nervous state.
Even on weekends or after resting, I do not feel fully recovered mentally. Sometimes it feels like my body is resting, but my mind never really switches off. In the past I had more stressful jobs and more responsibility, so maybe it still affects me somehow.
After a work week, it feels like I need the whole weekend just to recover a little bit and prepare for another week again. I miss feeling motivated, energetic, and enjoying things normally.
What would your advice be? Has anyone felt something similar before? What helped you? I am tired of feeling like this every day.
