Advice on air quality management

Hello all, I recently purchased a new home built in the 1960s, located in Virgina, USA, which hasn't been lived in for about 5 years. The home was completely carpeted in every room, which has since been removed to expose hardwood flooring underneath. It's a 1 story brick rancher, around 1800 sqft (room sizes further down), mostly closed concept.

It has a terrible musty stale smell, and old urine odor (likely from previous pets, the carpets were disgusting). There is also a mold problem in the master bathroom and crawlspace which has been causing some significant allergy symptoms. Lots of renovation going on, producing a lot of dust and particulates as well. So goals for air quality control would be to remove odor, mold spores/allergens, and particulates. I've managed to get 4 Blue Pure 511s from a recent company office move which I've been running in the smaller areas, but I would like a more comprehensive strategy to address the whole house.

Rooms:

Sun room (29'x15'x8-12', 3930 cubic feet)

Family room (13.5×16×8, 1728 cu ft)

Breakfast nook (8×10×8, 640 cu ft)

kitchen (14'x12'x8, 1344 cu ft)

Dining area (9x12x8, 864 cu ft)

Living room (17.5x13.5x8, 1890 cu ft)

Hallway (14.5x5x8, 580 cu ft)

Bathroom 1 (7.5x8.5x8, 510 cu ft)

Master bathroom (4.5x8.5x8, 306 cu ft)

Bedroom 1 (11x11x8, 968 cu ft

Bedroom 2 (11x13.5x8, 1188 cu ft)

Master bedroom (11x14x8, 1232 cu ft)

The hallway, dining area, and living room are all connected in an open concept (3334 cu ft total), the rest of the rooms are closed off from that main central living area. I am currently thinking to have 1 central large purifier in the main living space (hall, living room, dining area), 1 of the Blue Pure 511s in each bedroom, and 1 in the family room. Considering also getting a dedicated unit for the large sun room (which has its own AHU separate from the rest of the house). Looking for some budget options for the central unit, up to ~$600. Would also like to hear about options up to $1000 if the increase in price is worth it or necessary for my needs.

Any advice on my strategy? Is it too little or too much? What central units would you recommend? Is a HEPA filter necessary? Is there additional information I can provide to further refine advice?

Thanks in advance!
