As a paid Uber One member, my driver marked my order complete with ZERO delivery photo and I never received my food. Uber only refunded me — no compensation, no action against the driver. Uber's system literally allows drivers to commit fraud with zero consequences, and customer service just documents complaints without actually resolving anything.
This is how Uber treats their paying customers. Cancelling my membership today and switching to DoorDash. Anyone else had this happen?
