I trimmed my body hair for the first time ever, since the chest hair got a little much, and was getting sweaty and gross now, so I used the Philips body groomer, the basic one. But I notice that my stomach area skin has got dotted sort of, and this is not there in my chest area only in stomach

What exactly is this, couldn’t find relevant info on ChatGPT also, and why only stomach area, if this is caused by the trimmer, it should be there in the chest area too.
