Hey everyone, I needed some proper gear for my home strength training, so I decided to model this.

The color-coded slots actually target different muscle groups (Chest, Shoulders, Back, and Triceps). I printed this on my Bambu A1—the AMS is perfect for the color codes, but it works just as well on single-color printers.

A few functional design details:

• Strength: The handles MUST be printed horizontally (flat on the bed). This aligns the layer lines so they don't snap under your body weight.

• Infill: Just 15% Gyroid infill makes the whole system incredibly stiff and durable. No flex at all.

• Grip: I designed holes on the bottom. You just fill them with hot glue, press it flat against parchment paper on the floor, and it creates perfect custom rubber feet so it doesn't slide.
