My only exposure to this game comes from a "final boss + ending" YouTube video, so I'm sorry I don't have an image or much concrete info to share.

Estimated year of release: 2024/5/6

Graphics/art style: 3D anime-style, a lot of bright colors and IIRC much of the final boss fight took place in a featureless white expanse

Notable characters: Based on what I remember of the surrounding cutscenes, the final boss is basically the protagonist's doomed yuri partner. She has to be struck down and deleted for the protagonist and the world as a whole to be free of the influence of the admins controlling everything, but after everything is over, someone manipulates code to add her back into reality.

Other details: I want to say the title of the game was alliterative, and/or contained either the protagonist's or final boss's name.

I remember having it when I was a kid in the mid-late 2000s/early 2010s. The matchups included a vampire vs a werewolf and a mummy vs a horde of zombies. I remember the werewolf winning the former matchup because the fight was outdoors and they kept fighting until sunrise, which reverted the werewolf to human form but killed the vampire.

I had it and one of the Star Wars: Head-to-Head books around the same time and kind of assumed they had the same author.

EDIT: Might have been a series of small books. I figured it was a single big book.
