Is there a sports bra out there that compresses the breasts while being loose in the band? Does that exist?

I have sensory issues and absolutely cannot stand when things are tight. I hate bras, and usually cut my sports bras so they have more room in the armpits and loosen the band. I’ve used the calculator and am a 32D, but all the bras I’ve tried in that size feel too tight, so I’m more likely a 34C. Here are my measurements: loose 32.5, snug 31.5, tight 30, standing 35, leaning36, lying 34.5.
