Ive previously posted about my Gas/Electric readings not being sent back to Octopus. I belive this is now fixed (4month solid readings going back) so now wanting to look at moving to the OIG EV tariff.
For context, we have a Omhe Home Pro 7Kw charger, an Audi Q6 and Merc C300e.
The Ohme charger was ordered through my partners work. She has the app, and when I need to plug in she'll authorise the charge (I dont have the Ohme app).
Octopus is in my name/email, but I dont use the app, i just use the website to login.
What i wanted to check, if/when I want to switch tarrifs to OIG, do I just need to get the Ohme app and create an account, and then download the Octopus app and then Octopus will recognise my email address is registered with Ohme, and then I switch tariffs?
Im unsure of the next steps to actually get onto the OIG tariff.
