Hello, earlier this week I was ratted through a Cheat engine configuration file and I resetted my PC. But I realized it was actually not going through. My pc in short was stuck in a boot loop. I tried to reinstall windows through a USB, using iso file and the other method but it wouldnt restart. Any ideas on how to help please?
