
A week ago I complained to CCTS because I was promised a different billing when I signed up. After a day of frustration and going back and forth between the store, online chat and their customer service over the phone, I decided to cancel my plan after just a week of service and switched to Freedom.
I immediately filed a complaint to CCTS on the same day and my concern was addressed. Bootlckers here who were blaming me for making this into a big deal, CLOSE MOUTHS DON’T GET FED.
I say know your rights and be discerning when you are being screwed. Even if this is just $80 imagine how many $80 are they getting from unknowing customers???
Go touch some grass and stop worshipping this huge corporation and their predatory tactics.
