Paying for repairs or leasing out

My scenario is, I bought a 330i 2020 in 23, the car came with 45k currently sitting at 150k with roughly 22 left to pay. I know it’s not best model but I’ve come to love this build but I’ve got a lot of teapots that require attention. My camera is malfunctioning when under heat. Making it difficult to drive in California. I have a thermostat that needs replacing. And small things that require replacing. As the car gets more wear the list will grow. I’ve gotten an offer to jump into a new 330i for a lease at about 250 plus monthly payment. My question is, are the repairs worth even doing and trying to keep the car running. Or would it be money wiser smarter to get out of the car.

Clicking noise

I have a BMW 330 year 2020 just yesterday. I noticed when I’m on the freeway and I’m driving in silence. I hear a clicking small noise coming from my side front wheel. I believe to be the front wheel when I turn the car on I don’t hear any noise. It’s only when accelerating that I hear it could be a control arm and is there any way for me to check just to know before taking it to a shop.
