At what point should I cancel my order and try again with another provider? I ordered two cameras via Dell that are sold by many other retailers. I called customer service today and the agent told me they would both be shipped out today. They were not. It appears this is a common theme to using Dell based on this page... should I just cancel these orders? I am confused, and customer service had no information as to what the delay was / is for
