This is my first time posting in this Sub, so I apologize if this may not be the correct sub to post this in. My grandfather passed away about a week ago, and left me 3 motorcycles. 2 of them are Indian, and One of them Is A Big Dog Mastiff. For the services, a friend will be riding a 2000 Indian Silvercloud, which is the bike that my grandfather left me.
My question would be, as a general question, if it I would be a good choice to learn how to ride on this motorcycle. Or, if this bike would be a bike that’s forgiving enough for a beginner to learn on. I have little to no experience on riding motorcycles, as I had taken the MSF motorcycle course around 2 years ago, and felt much riding the bigger bikes, than I did riding on the 250cc’s. I am 6’3 and 280, if
that may help on making a better decision. I would like to start riding motorcycles, so I can ride them in memory of my grandfather.
