Shopping for a Cx-50 hybrid premium plus. Mainly because of the active drive display. Currently getting out the door price for cash buy at $41,800 New York State. Is this a good number?

Im indifferent to gas or hybrid but it seems that the gas version that has the active drive display is the highest trim, hence the most expensive one Of the gas options, hybrid seems to be the cheapest of the two with the display.

rant. I keep presenting offers 20+% over asking. no contingencies at all and going with the amounts my realtor recommends for the properties and still can’t get an offer accepted. it’s been a full year of this. Is frustrating, but the most frustrating this far has been that no one says what is it that they are looking for in an offer so is a never ending loop of disappointment.
