Hi friends! I’m looking for some advice tips suggestions on morning anxiety…
I wake up in the morning and if I eat food, I generally feel really nauseous. This happens until probably about 1030 or 11 AM. I usually wake up at like seven I have tried lots of different foods but I haven’t found anything that works for me. Does anybody have a similar issue? My therapist always says that it’s probably because I have high cortisol in the morning high stress levels and that’s what contributes to it, but is there anything you guys do to help mitigate this?
OK, so recently, I went to a physical therapy appointment with one of my friends just to support them because they were nervous and the the physical therapist mentioned at the end of the appointment that they had been watching me like sit and wait and move during the patients/my friends appointment and they asked if I had ever been diagnosed with hypermobility or EDS and I had said no what’s that like? I’ve no idea and they were like you seem like you show a lot of science so they did a bunch of hypermobility testy and sure enough they were like yeah you probably have something. So anyway I guess I’m looking for advice as to what to do next like do I go to my PCP? What do I do because there’s no cure is my understanding? Do I even need a diagnosis? Thanks I’m sorry I’m new to this.
