Hi, the weather is getting very hot, so I’ve decided to undervolt my RX 580. Since doing trial and error from scratch will take too long, what are your RX 580 undervolt settings that I can use as a reference to start with? Or do you have any suggestions?
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 580 4GB (Samsung memory)
I enabled Safe Mode via msconfig and clicked "Restart". While the PC was shutting down, an automatic Windows update started. The update was at 30% when I went to take out the trash. When I came back 5 minutes later, the PC was running but the monitor was in sleep mode (Black screen). I waited at least 5 more minutes, and since there was no activity, I turned it off and on. The PC is running, but I get no display output at all, not even the BIOS screen (HDMI No Signal).
Everything I’ve Tried:
• BIOS: I reset it using both the battery and JCMOS pins.
• RAM: I cleaned the contacts with an eraser and tried a single stick in both slots.
• GPU: I removed it, cleaned the contacts with an eraser, and reinstalled it.
• Static: I unplugged the cables and held the power button to discharge static electricity.
• Connection: I tried connecting it to a TV via HDMI.
• Storage: I disconnected the HDD and tried booting with only the M.2 SSD installed.
But it didn't work, it still says "No Signal".

• CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X (No integrated graphics)
• GPU: RX 580
• Mobo: Biostar X570GTA
