As stated above the fan under power struggles to spin even trying to help push it (screwdriver) it doesn’t feel rough. I’ve taken the top off and checked how well it spun and if it had any bearing noise. Which it had no noise. I’ve narrowed it down to capacitor but I wanted to be sure of anything else before I make the 50min drive to the store and pick up a new one.

Before you ask no I don’t have a multimeter.
