Ive caught alot of smaller catfish around the 2-15 pound range, never anything bigger.
This summer Im after a 30+ pounder or bigger.
What kind of rod/reel would i need to even have a chance to land a fish like that, as well as what pound test line or hooks. I always use small live bluegills as bait that i catch beforehand and they always get hit by the smaller cats.
