So i started to feel bad and had a panic attack which is way too commun for me recently,and at a moment i could just tell that maybe it's real this time.

And one hour after i decide that this is it and that i will puke,i go to the toilet and nothing comes out.

Not even water or saliva just nothing,i already had a similar experience and now im not that anxious honestly,like dont get me wrong im still a little scared and a bit dizzy but im fine and im glad i tried.
