Hi All! I just signed my first travel contract! 20+ years experience, just new to travel. I have one question I was hoping for input on. So the pay/stipend are good, but after reading the contract its for overnight/weekends and an additional shift to round out hours. I don't mind the shift but I am used to shift diff which of course is a no go. In the future should I request more pay for those shifts or no since its already considered premium? Thanks!
