While wiping after peeing I felt a pain and looked at what was there. I saw a dark purple ball/lump on my labia minora - googled that and nothing really matched what I am seeing.
Does anyone know what this could be / have this experience?

If using a wash cloth as a warm compress, do you have to get a clean one each use or can you use one wash cloth throughout the day?
