Hi everyone, I’m considering renting a unit at The Parker (200 Redpath Ave) and would love to hear from current or former tenants about their experiences.

Specifically, I’m curious about:

• Management & Staff: How responsive is the Fitzrovia management team? Are maintenance requests handled quickly?
• Soundproofing: Can you hear your neighbors or street noise from Redpath/Eglinton?
