Does anyone know how easy it is to get accommodation after the guarantee deadline?

I wanted to apply for KAAS but my sfe assessment is taking a ridiculously long time and my deadline to submit it was yesterday. King's said that they had to cancel my registration and that I would be able to book after the deadline. They also said that when i get my letter I can still send it to them but they have a waitlist for people with KAAS already so chances of getting it might be low. Any idea of what my chances of getting accom are? Atp I've already lost hope of getting KAAS.
