Hi there, what tool do I need to tighten this stubborn screw? It should have far less of it showing - it screws into a headboard.

Edit: I have corrected "bolt" to screw - basically I'm trying to get the long screw into the wood further but it won't budge any more. The nut is already very tight (I can easily loosen). In the rest of the beds corners there is barely any of the screw showing when finished
