I’m now at the employment stage where the HR is creating the Job Offer and Contract. In fact they asked me of my target onboarding. Tho, I had a few missed or late payments of credit cards but now I paid all of them clean. I’m scared that they might rescind it because of my dues before since I applied to a financial company. So I want to know when does the company do BG checks? I just want an assurance that I got in the company with flying colours before I resign to my previous work.
