Need to rant.

I work in a specialists office and they insist on having a PAN for each patient. So I call offices to have them forwarded. And they dont have one.

How? How are you doing a complete exam and not taking a PAN? Why are you referring to a specialist and not including all pertinent radiographs?

Remember ALARA?

Remember insurance only covers this procedure once every 3-5 years?
