Are there people here who have clinically diagnosed mental health conditions and are still working in the BPO industry? If so, how is the experience, and how does it affect your mental health?
Am I alone in thinking that even though many people advocate for mental health awareness and work to reduce stigma, those of us living with mental health struggles are still often marginalized in society? Even if mental health is widely discussed on social media, it can feel like outside those spaces, many people still view mental health conditions as something evil, untreatable, or even contagious?
People of r/mentalhealthPH, what is your honest take on this? and how true is this? Just saw this post a minute ago and it's circling around my fyp.
