I was planning to buy Oppo Find X9 pro and when all the inquiries for the price, delivery and shipping has been done, the seller said, "Mind you, this last piece is a CN Rom.".
What's with this CN Rom? He sounds like giving me a warning or somthn that it might not be the one that I'm expecting. Is there really a big difference between the CN Rom and the Global version in the world of smartphones?
