How intrusive is the ai in color os?
I currently have an iPhone 15 pro max and plan to switch to the oppo find x9 ultra but I want to know how much ai is forced into the system. Is it all optional or is it just everywhere like Samsung or Google phones?

Is oppo 10x actually bad?!?!
Im a huge oppo fan, but this time oppo is kind of disappointing, or maybe not!
There are several oppo vs vivo comparisons of their newest flagships, I've attached one of the comparisons, and on all of this comparisons oppo look just horrible asf.
I really want to belive this is just anti oppo campaign, but rn we dont know. Also there's a chance that the cameraman is a potato.
Please share your thoughts about this!
I belive the best thing rn is to wait until reviews drop.

x9 ultra 10x doesn't look too good
I was hyped and ready to order but even with pretty good lighting, vivo's cropping 3 times and still looks better than the native 10x optical of oppo
guess I'm keeping my x200 ultra for another year until a real upgrade exists for me. Keep in mind x300 ultra has less details than x200 ultra in zoom due to higher aperture.
Edit: these are not taken by me, the guy who sent me mentioned some focusing issues on 10x as well.

Fins X9 Ultra camera samples from world premiere event (master mode)
I was an attendee at the premiere event in Singapore. We are given perms to share the photos online ahead of the official embargo lift on 24 April.
Didn't really have much to test the camera with as it was indoors in a fairly lit room. I forgot to turn on the watermarks as well, but the 4th shot of the flowers iirc was taken with the 230mm (10x) zoom. All of these were taken with master mode. OPPO has confirmed during the presentation that master mode is using a new imaging pipeline this time, and it will NOT have any generative AI processing. Note that Reddit also compresses images. They look better in the original image file
EDIT: I will link the original images here along with their EXIF data preserved. Seems a lot of people are disappointed but a lot of it is due to reddit's compression

Sadly they didn't allow me to test the camera nor the os, so don't ask me those things.

AI Camera
Hello everyone, I’m considering buying an Oppo Find X9 (Pro), but I’m unsure about the AI features in the camera, especially the “AI enhancements.” I’d prefer not to shoot in master/pro mode, but instead just take point-and-shoot photos (and maybe edit them a bit afterward).
How well does that work, and when does the AI noticeably step in? I’m not really concerned about extreme zoom (maybe up to 5–10x max).
For example, how do faces look when they’re not fully in focus? I saw some Photos here where the faces where horrible
As an alternative, I’m considering the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. I currently use a Xiaomi phone and really like the Leica look.

Are Oppo Flagships actually better In Real Life Than iPhone or Samsung Ultra?
As a total Package Compared to Something like Samsung S25U/ S26U or Iphone 17 Pro.
I haven't had an Oppo Phone before but I have had Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Vivo X200 Pro , both have crazy good spec sheets with Supposedly Monster Cameras...
However the Reality was totally different...and the Overall Experience/usability of both were SubPar to my S25 Ultra in every possible way.
Software was just dreadful, camera experience was unreliable in every way possible. Battery on Xiaomi was worse than on my S25u even tho it has larger battery capacity.
Pictures were AI Infested and often straight up weird, videos were Janky with bunch of glitches constantly. Microphones on both for video recording were terrible.
Screen and Speaker quality again absolutely Subpar compared to Samsung or iPhone
As someone who uses a Phone Camera for 3-4h every single day to record content, the reliability of the cameras for video recording were just so incredibly unreliable compared to Samsung/Iphone that it's not even funny...
Yet, everyone praises these Phones and say they have the best cameras only because they have Nice Hardware Specs :(
I Like the look of the new X9 Ultra, but I'm worried if it also won't be the same Case...

Importing the find x9 Ultra global Version
Hello, it looks like the Find X9 Ultra 16GB/1TB version won’t be available in Europe. I’m now considering ordering a global version from one of the import websites, such as Wonda Mobile. Are there any downsides to this apart from the warranty? I’ve read that notifications aren’t delivered on imported models, for example, but does that only apply to the Chinese version and not the global one?
I’m not really much of a gamer and only use my phone for simple apps like WhatsApp, YouTube and taking pictures. Will the 12 GB version be enough? I’m planning to keep the device for a few years (I’m still using the iPhone 12 at the moment 😅)

My Oppo find X9 starts to witness screen burn-in after 5 months of use
I have started to witness the indent of the clock, wifi logo and app notifications icons on the phone after I opened an all-white wallpaper and lower the brightness of the screen down a lil bit. I have tried to record the issue but it doesn't appear to be visible on other phone's camera. The only way to actually gets it is to see the slight discoloration
Do y'all have the same problem? Should I bring the phone to a local oppo center to get warrantified?
I'll try my best to show the burn-in
P.s. I have tried to edit the contrast so y'all could see better.
