How do I update the packing slip and shipping label information to a new address?
I recently moved from VA to TX. I updated the “Taxpayer address” on Etsy to the new TX addresses.
I go to “more - shipping - shipping profiles & processing - shipping profiles”
My shipping profiles all have the new zip code listed.
I received my first sale from moving. I didn’t pay attention at first and just bought the label and printed the packaging slip. I did notice it was odd that the label was cheaper than I normally pay but the item is like 1oz in a small 8x4x1 bubble mailer.
However, My VA address is listed on both the packing slip and label and I was charged for the shipping label to go from VA to customer who is also in VA. Not from TX to VA, so I was charged incorrectly.
How do I update my address on the Etsy (sellers) app to reflect my new TX addresses?
Or
How do I updated my address on the sellers website using a desktop browser (chrome, edge, safari)?
I’ve since deleted all my shipping profiles and recreated new ones. But the packing slip still shows my previous address.
I realize there is nothing I can do about the shipping label, as USPS might correct the charge, or let it slide but the packing slip should update, right?
