Jaguar X type 2.2D 2006 (360 000km) manual
When I accelerate too fast or go faster than 120km/h, the car will stop working.
If I turn off the car and start it again two times it will work again.
The problem is getting worse with time.
Before the problem, I could go 200km/h.
The first time this error appeared was going at 160km/h, some months later it happens even at 100km/h.
Most of the time the car shuts down and loses all power.
Sometimes it doesn't lose power but I can't accelerate.
I believe it's a turbo problem and the car goes to limp mode.
I've cleaned the EGR and the intakes manifold (the valve wouldn't move before).
I also sealed a cut in the intercooler hose (should be replaced with a new one).
The problem still persists, but now it can get to 120km/h before the problem appears again.
Does anyone know what's wrong with the car?
