Looking at a 2023 it has 1330 hours and 12k miles they say it’s used on a ranch. Has full windshield and metal top. Guy is asking $9000. What should I look at as a person who has never owned a UTV? Should I get a cheaper brand but new? Also has extended warranty till 2030

Buying some land and the current owners have a 2006 with 1025 hours on it. They are trying to sell it for $11,000. It has the front loader, 5’brush hog, an auger, and about blade. I never owned a tractor before but wanted to get feedback on if this is going to be a reliable machine and worth the price. They also have an older Honda trx250 for 1000. In my mind I was going to aim for 11k for both but wanted feedback on if I’m gonna regret this purchase. (Context, raised in city, only used riding mowers, never been on an actual tractor before)
