So I bought an anker powerbank 20000mAh with built in cable, on packaging 65W on the bank itself supposedly 87W, charged it to a 100% and wanted to test if it works. To my suprise it didn't start charging (I have a samsung s25) so I tried charging my partners phone (Iphone) which worked and so did my old xiaomi. Is there anyway to fix this or am I just going to have to use a separate cable as that worked. I tried some fixes that the google AI threw at me but those didn't work. Any advice is much appreciated!

Edit: As it turns out the USB-C in/out isnt working for me either but that could be because its a random one I found in my drawer, regular USB to USB-C does work.
