I called in to cancel my Platinum card and the CS rep asked why I am cancelling. I said I recently got the Morgan Stanley version. She asked why I prefer the MS version, I said a free authorized user card. She told me that the MS version does not have this free option, only the companion card. At this point, I said I am happy with the MS version, please just cancel this card.

I am surprised that the CS rep would make such a mistake.

In the Fidelity portfolio analysis tool, I can add outside accounts manually. One can also print the Fidelity Guided Portfolio Summary. However, for outside accounts, descriptions of investments are not showing (only -- are displayed), even though the ticker symbols still show. It wasn't like that before, at least not in 2020. Anybody knows whether there is something that I am missing? Thanks.
