I cannot understand why there is no phone support for riders and only for the drivers. It is us riders that pay for the drivers and Uber and everything else. We are the ones that pay yet there is no phone support or any way to speak person to person about an issue.
I have received a $100 gift card and I'm trying to add it to my account and there is nobody I can speak with regarding this. I'm trying to add money to Uber yet nobody will help me do such a thing. I have worked in customer service my entire life in one form or another. I believe this is completely unacceptable. I am trying to spend more money with the company who doesn't want to help me spend the money. That sounds like a wonderful money making plan to me.
I just don't get it.
