Hello, I have been doing Bulgarian split squats since August but have a hard time feeling them in my glutes. I always feel like my form is off but not sure how to correct it. Any advice? Will try to include side view. Also I’ve seen comments on other videos about Bulgarians being bad for the knees if you are not stable enough. Do I look stable? My knees do not currently hurt from this exercise but have in the past.
