Hi all, I’m 24 F. I have 3 YOE and a master’s degree from University of Arizona in information science (distance learning, 2 years course while I gained exp at my current company)

Although I currently have a job, I’ve been applying like crazy everyday (The work culture is toxic I’d like to get out ASAP), atleast 10-20 applications go out and i managed to get a few referrals too. I’ve had no luck so far. Most of the roles I’ve applied to are ghost roles ie they say that the role is no longer available in this company. I managed to get 2-3 interviews and they are ongoing but I’m looking for something immediate.

I’m looking for DATA ENGINEER / DATA ANALYST / AI ML ENGINEER roles mainly.

Preferred Locations: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

Exp CTC: 12-20 LPA in INR

I’m looking for help wrt referrals / open positions and job search in general. Would love to chat and know more about what you all think I should do or what advice you all have to offer.
