Pms symptoms how soon?
As I moved past 40, things have started to change slowly but surely and I’m not sure what is what.
I’m on day 20 and I have a headache and some mild cramps.I was on ovulation last week and now it’s over, but I don’t know what’s with the symptoms? I usually get cramps maybe 5 days before I get my period and headache sometimes during both ovulation and period. Could this be PMS? When do you guys start the symptoms of PMs?
